The Supreme Court of BC recently awarded our client more than $1.5 million in a personal injury case
against ICBC.
Our client, a former Vancouver fire captain, was severely injured when he was involved in a rear-end
motor vehicle accident in July 2015. The accident substantially affected our client’s livelihood, and his
injuries forced him to retire from firefighting sooner than expected.
This judgment will allow our client to move past the accident with financial security to meet his future
needs. This is another case that can be added to our lawyer Chris Bacon’s extensive list of successful litigation
