Our client was severely injured while travelling in the United States. Despite having travel insurance at the time of her injury, the insurer refused to cover her medical costs and extended stay. Soon after the article was published, the insurer agreed to pay the client’s medical costs and her legal fees. Our client is happy with the outcome after enduring months of stress and uncertainty.
