Andrew was called to the British Columbia bar in 2019. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from UBC and his Juris Doctor from the Allard School of Law at UBC.
During law school, Andrew worked for the Law Students' Legal Advice Program and Rise Women's Legal Centre, providing legal advice and representation to low-income clients in family law, administrative law and civil litigation. He also acted as Vice-President of External Relations for the Legal Education Outreach program, providing workshops on legal topics to high school students.
Andrew joined Drysdale Bacon McStravick LLP as an articling student in 2018. He was welcomed back as a litigation associate with a focus on personal injury, disability, family law and civil litigation. He has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia, and various administrative tribunals.
Prior to joining Drysdale Bacon McStravick LLP, Andrew advised union members and resolved workplace disputes as a labour relations officer. He continues to use his experience and bring innovative solutions in dispute resolution to his practice of law.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys street dance and trying new restaurants.
