Joseph Kennedy

About Joseph

Joseph was born and raised in the Greater Vancouver Area, where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Simon Fraser University.  He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree at Bond University in Australia.  During law school, Joseph received the First in Class Award for earning the highest grade in his Tort Law class.  He also served as the Competitions Director for the Canadian Law Students’ Association and was a member of the Faculty of Law Student Affairs Committee.  In both of these positions, he liaised with fellow students and worked to enhance the law student experience by organizing advocacy competitions and other communal events. 

Joseph’s passion for advocacy has continued since joining Drysdale Bacon McStravick LLP, where he has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.  Joseph was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023.
