About Sina Niaboli

Sina is an associate lawyer in the litigation department whose practice is focused on family law. He has appeared before the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, as well as the Provincial Court of Alberta. Sina is committed to guiding clients through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation. He earned his law degree from the University of Alberta and is a lifelong resident of the Lower Mainland.

Sina’s legal journey began at a boutique family law firm in South Surrey. He takes a trauma-informed, solutions-oriented approach to his practice, combining courtroom advocacy with effective settlement negotiation. Recognizing that family law disputes are often emotionally charged, Sina provides clients with clear, compassionate, and strategic advice to help them navigate times of transition with confidence and dignity.

His experience spans both high-conflict parenting and family protection matters as well as amicable agreements. In every case, Sina is dedicated to supporting families through challenging circumstances with care, commitment, and a focus on positive outcomes. Sina also speaks conversational Farsi (Persian).
